This type of style has been in fashion for a long time, it was the look i chose to feel comfortable when i need to go to a dinner party without having to worry about the aftermath...hehe.. but thanks to the likes of  Kim. K.. we now call it the PEPLUM LOOK... the top n skirt was an unplanned satisfied budget..:D
